Ablaze Purpose Fulfillment Foundation (“Ablaze Purpose”, “the Foundation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through aplazepurpose.org (the “Site”), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect, and Why
Contact, prayer request, and testimony forms
When you use our Contact, Submit Prayer Request, or Submit Testimony forms, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and your message. If you choose to submit a testimony or prayer request anonymously, we still record your real name privately for our own moderation reference, but it is never shown publicly.
Donations
When you give online, we collect your name, email address, donation amount, and (optionally) your phone number, in order to process your donation, send you a receipt, and maintain accurate giving records. Your donation is processed by our payment processor, Paystack — we do not receive or store your full card number on our own servers. User accounts
If you create an account, we store the username, email address, and password (securely hashed, never in plain text) you provide, along with your donation history if you give while logged in. You can view or update this information at any time from your account profile, or ask us to delete your account entirely.
Comments
When you leave a comment on a Message, Testimony, or Project, we collect the name, email address, and comment text you provide, along with your IP address and browser information to help detect spam. All comments are held for review before appearing publicly.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address so we can send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send.
Cookies
The Site uses a small number of functional cookies — for example, to keep you logged in, or to remember your name and email if you choose to save them when commenting. These are not used for advertising.
Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it. Analytics tracking only loads after you actively accept our cookie consent banner — if you decline, or simply close the banner without accepting, no analytics script runs and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link available on the Site, which also lets you fully withdraw consent and removes any analytics cookies already set. Embedded content
Pages on the Site may embed content such as YouTube videos. Embedded content from another website behaves exactly as if you visited that website directly — it may collect data about you, use its own cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to operate the Site and our mission:
- Paystack — to process your donation, if you give online.
- Google Analytics — only if you’ve actively consented to analytics tracking.
- Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Foundation or others.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain donation records for as long as reasonably necessary for our own accounting and legal record-keeping. Prayer requests, testimonies, and comments are retained indefinitely once approved, so we can recognize follow-up submissions from the same person. You may ask us to delete personal data we hold about you at any time — see “Your Rights” below.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it’s inaccurate, and to request that we delete it (except where we’re required to keep it for legal or administrative reasons). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Admin@ablazepurpose.org.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
