These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Ablaze Purpose Fulfillment Foundation (“Ablaze Purpose”, “the Foundation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at aplazepurpose.org (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Ablaze Purpose Fulfillment Foundation is an interdenominational organization headquartered at 46 Aba-Owerri Road, Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. Our mission is to help people discover and live their life’s purpose, and to fulfil our individual and collective purposes together, through messages, prayer, mentorship, and community outreach.
2. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about the Foundation and its programs, messages and articles, testimonies, a prayer request wall, information on our projects, and a way to give financially. You may browse the Site freely. Some features — submitting a prayer request or testimony, commenting, creating an account, or giving online — require you to provide certain information, described further in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Submitting false, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or unlawful content through any form, comment, testimony, or prayer request;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other users’ accounts, or our systems;
- Uploading viruses, malicious code, or attempting to disrupt the Site’s operation;
- Using the Site to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting information about other users without their consent.
3. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional and is used to track your own donation history and manage your profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. User-Submitted Content
Prayer requests, testimonies, and comments you submit are reviewed by our team before appearing publicly on the Site. By submitting content, you confirm it is truthful to your own knowledge and you grant the Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share that content on the Site and in related Foundation communications (for example, on our social media), unless you have specifically marked your submission as anonymous or private, in which case we will honor that choice for public display.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline to publish, or to remove, any submitted content, including comments, that we consider inappropriate, false, offensive, or contrary to the spirit of the Foundation’s mission.
5. Donations
Donations made through the Site are voluntary contributions to support the Foundation’s mission and programs. Online donations are processed by our third-party payment processor, Paystack; we do not collect or store your full card details on our servers. Please review Paystack’s own terms and privacy practices at paystack.com/terms.
Donations are used at the Foundation’s discretion to further our mission and programs, including any specific project or fund you choose to give toward, where reasonably practicable. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at the address below as soon as possible and we will consider your request in good faith.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and the Ablaze Purpose name and marks are the property of the Foundation or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, and may share links to our content, but you may not otherwise reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or embed content from third-party services, including YouTube (for livestreams and message recordings), Paystack (for donations), and Google Analytics (only if you consent — see our Privacy Policy). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ablaze Purpose Fulfillment Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
